Australia Day
Another great day at Latrobe with a lot of activity including vintage cars, truck pulling contest for both ladies and men, bands and a great variety of food stalls also the amount of people waving and displaying our great Australian Flag.
Our machinery display even had small flags along the safety fence and another large flag proudly flying from a flag pole inside the compound.
Members in attendance were, David & Gloria Perry, David & Judy Burk, Lloyd Tunbridge, Graham & Heather Howard, Neil Broomhall, Phillip Whittle, Fred Harris, Brian Ling, new member John Booth, Jeff Springer.
Items on display – 2 Fergusson tractors one with a scoop the other with a potato digger, corn shucker, display of old tools, 2 Mcdonalds one driving a pump, Armstrong Siddley, Lister, Sundial, International LA, Moffat Virtue driving a compressor, Champion cement mixer, j.a.p two stroke driving a pump, Sandstone grinding wheel, and 16 pioneer chain saws.
