Welcome to The Historical Machinery Club of Tasmania inc.
All things vintage machinery.
Our meeting rooms are in Penguin, our membership is around 175 statewide.
We meet at 7.30 p.m. the first Tuesday of every month (except January) at our meeting rooms off Ironcliffe Road, Penguin. (Click this link for a map)
To contact the club about your event please contact our Event Co-ordinator: John Booth, 100 Madden St, Devonport 7320. 0417 228 247
The largest portion of our members are in the north west but we have a committed group of members in the north east as well as in southern Tasmania. We are a diverse group of people with many different interests but all have one thing in common, the love of old machinery. We exhibit at most local shows as well as many other events around the state.
I have noticed lately that Firefox does not open Google Maps properly on my computer so if that is happening to you then please try a different browser or click on this link for an image.
Our main event is The Sassafras Heritage Farming Weekend. A committee is formed to run this event every 2 years, the last one being March 2, 3, & 4 2018.
